Pakistani Students Won The Karl Popper Debating Championship (KPDC) in Mexico



The Karl Popper Debating Championship (KPDC) is one of the largest competitions held of high school in the world. This competition was held in Mexico, students of 45 countries were participating in the championship.

Pakistani student of Karachi Grammer School Zainab Hameed got 1st position in the competition while Azeem Liaquat, student of the Salamat International Campus for Advanced Studies in Lahore, came second. Their teammate, Ahmed Shujaan from the Aitchison College, marked the fifth position among more than 200 participants.

  1. A good way to express ones talent. Pakistani government should also promote activities like this. I suggest there should be a competition in Pakistan where people from allover the globe can participate and make there talents enlighten.

  2. What a show of talent. Truly, given a proper platform, we have the potential to be the best in the business. Their is a huge out-flux of talent going out of Pakistan just because their is no opportunities for people with talent. We have to stop this trend and make good arrangements to make sure our talent is not wasted..!!

  16. not 4th most talented nation its 4th most intelligent nation globally,there was a survey held by Institute of European Business Administration in 125 countries. The survey quantifies various aspects of brilliance and intellectual work in the nations of surveyed countries. Pakistanis outshines in field of Intelligence despite dearth of required resources and opportunities.
