Implication of the language used by the Pakistani celebrities in public

It is very well said that “A word from mouth and arrow from a bow once released never return”. So following the saying we must take care of our words and sentences because every word and sentence has its own effect on the listeners.

Selection of words and sentences can change the meaning of the whole idea what you want to say. So the selection of words plays important role while communicating with someone. Many times it happen that when you are communicating with a person during  that communication misuse of words gives negative interpretation what you want to say.

Use of language and accent used in language is also reflecting the image of a person.  The first impression of a person is built by his looks and appearance and in the mean time second thing which built once impression is language and accent used by the person. Language and accent also varies according to listener, place, occasion, mood and many more reasons.

We cannot ignore the above things but even then a normal and ordinary person can cooperate with it. One can even ignore the words of an ordinary person but is difficult to ignore the words of celebrity. When a person becomes a celebrity then his life is not his personal property but it becomes the public property so being celebrity is not easy to spend their lives. The lives of the celebrities are monitored by the public.

Our youth is very much attracted towards celebrities especially try to copy the media celebrities. They prefer to use and adopt the life style of those celebrities. If we look around in our society we will come to know that actors and actress have impact on the mind of youth. Even they have great impact on the children as well.

The language used by the celebrities in public or even in through any other source has great impact on the society. Celebrities must use good language in the society or in public because they are representing the public. Most important when they are out of country and representing their country at that time they have responsibility and respect of their country in their hands which they have to earn for their country.

They also have to use words and language so carefully because everyone is focusing on them and they try to copy celebrities. So if they use bad language and unacceptable words in public so those words are spread out in the public and then it becomes so common that nobody hesitate to use such words in the public. We can have a lot of such examples. Therefore, one should not use such type of language in public which is not acceptable publically. Secondly they must use their power of manipulation to make the society respectable not to make it disrespectful.

In our society a new trend has raised that any person wants to get fame and to be highlighted on the media he such a stunt that he use some abusive language or abuse some directly on media or have a fight or any scandal on the media . These days this trend has become short way to get the fame on media.  Such stunts are mostly done by politicians and government persons to come in the hot talks. Another reason is lack of education. Most of our politicians are less educated so mostly they cannot cope with the situations and do such type of acts.

To avoid such type of disgrace on the media government must take strick action that such type of stunts must not be shown on the media and they should not give boost to such topics.

Another issue in Pakistan which is coming from the beginning of Pakistan and it is exceeding day by day is that we take our national language as an inferior language.  The person speaking in a society is considered to be less educated or out of date. Why is it so? Why Pakistani hesitate to speak their national language? Why everyone prefer to speaks Britisher,s language? Even the celebrities of our country mostly speak English and avoid speaking Urdu. We know that most of our population is   uneducated they are unable to understand English but even then they use to speak English.

Even the politicians of our country speak in English in their seminars. This is difficult to understand much of the people. If does not speak English so he dominated by the others. This is not only happens in the politics but it also happens in the other fields of lives that English speakers dominate over Urdu speaker. This creates discrimination in the nation. This is all the impact of English language used by the celebrities.

During our research we concluded that more than 90% of the people are in favor that our celebrities must communicate in Urdu when they are communicating with public.
